Welcome to Easter Weekend at All Saints Episcopal Church,
Salt Lake City, Utah
April 12, 2009
This entry chronicles parish life at All Saints Church from Good Friday through Easter Sunday - the joy of the culminating service, and much of the behind the scenes work which made it happen. If you are not religious, that's all right; just enjoy welcoming spring with the pretty pictures. Who knows? You might have an epiphany someday.
Good Friday

HOLY SATURDAY and the Altar Guild gets to work, coming early and staying late
Children contributed to the beauty and joy. They dyed eggs for the Easter tree after church on Palm Sunday.
Christian Formation For Youth Class painted stained glass butterfly suncatchers
Younger classes created Doves of the Holy Spirit to fly above the font and on our Easter Proclamation Banner
How to you pursuade the lovely doves to take flight?
That's when you need a "Second Storey Man"
Fortunately, our Choir Director was willing to double as "Our Man on the Ladder"
Thanks for doubling in brass!! --as it were.
